These Terms of Service govern use of Kompete, a vendor opportunity, outreach, booking, and contact management tool for small businesses.
Use of the Service
You may use Kompete only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party terms. You are responsible for the information, sources, contacts, and settings you add to the service.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account. If Facebook Login or another third-party login method is used, your use is also subject to that provider's terms.
Third-Party Sources and Services
Kompete may integrate with third-party services such as Facebook, OpenAI, hosting providers, email providers, and data storage providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, policy changes, or availability.
AI Generated Content
Kompete may generate summaries, confidence scores, contact extraction, and outreach drafts using AI. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You should review and approve outreach messages and business decisions before acting on them.
No Guarantee of Opportunities
Kompete helps identify and organize potential opportunities, but does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, accuracy, or availability of any event or contact.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate privacy rights, spam contacts, scrape in violation of platform rules, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account data as described on the Data Deletion page.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kompete will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
