Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Kompete account data at any time.

How To Request Deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Kompete account.
2. Use the subject line: Kompete Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your name, business name if applicable, and the Facebook account email or profile name used to sign in.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, business settings, configured sources, contacts, opportunities, bookings, outreach drafts, reports, and related app records associated with the account, unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, billing records, or dispute resolution.

Business Card Images

Business card images are temporary. They are deleted after AI extraction or after extraction failure and are not intentionally retained as contact records.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if needed to verify account ownership.

Facebook User Data

If you used Facebook Login, deleting your Kompete data removes the Facebook profile information stored by Kompete. You may also remove Kompete from your Facebook settings through Facebook's Apps and Websites settings.
